I've been teaching for about 8 years now. It's been quite an enriching experience to see students progress and have fun in class. I personally believe that having fun while you learn is key to having truly memorable classes and consolidating knowledge. Having big, small, or f2f classes a teacher should always have great management of his/her classroom and students. I feel comfortable teaching all ages, I especially like teaching teens and adults.
