The present letter is to provide positive reference to Captain Yensy Charriz, for his excellent professional and wiliness attitude to share his knowledge. I met Captain Charriz since I was in the university back in 2003 and he was known for his wiliness to teach and to encouraged young cadets to study and improve more very day.
On 2016 during my post-graduate studies at the maritime university of the Caribbean – post grade school, I had the honor to be one of his students and learn from him as much as I could as he is an open book about maritime knowledge.
Captain Charriz has in-depth theorical, technical, practical knowledge and experience in the maritime industry, and excellent attitude to encourage and push us to learn more every day.
