¿Diferencia entre presente simple y presente continuo?

Hola a todos. ¿Podríais explicarme la diferencia entre estos dos tiempos verbales?

The present simple you use it for things generally true, things that you do habitually for this case It IS use here adverb of frequency as a always, sometimes, usually, often, seldom, hardly ever and never and the third person the verbs IS added with s in the end of the verb or auxiliar. The present continuous IS for things that they are happening in time of speaking. For example frequent things here now, at the moment, right now etc. And the auxiliary IS to be IS/ are plus the verb with ing at the final from the verb
